Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! Love has no limits and neither do we. What we do want you to keep in mind is that we have no control over what happens when your package arrives at customs, so if you are ordering outside of the US make sure you order at least a month before you need the ring.


Q: Do you cover the customs charges for international orders?

A: No. All customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer receiving the ring.


Q: The ring I want is sold out. Are you restocking?

A: At this time we are not doing a full restock of the store. However, you can email lovers@carriedjewels.com and we can set up a pre-order form for you to complete.


Q: If I pre-order a ring how long will it take before I get it?

A: 6-8 weeks.


Q: One of the stones in my ring fell out! Do you handle repairs?

A: Yes! Our policy is as follows:

Within 180 days of purchase any damages will be repaired by Carried Jewels at no cost to the customer. After 180 days a repair fee will be charged with the amount varying on a case by case basis. 


Q: How long do repairs take?

A: Once the ring is received it will be shipped back to you within 2-3 weeks.
